1 lb beef chuck strips
1 large onion, sliced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T. oil
3/4 t. ground ginger
1 cup red & green pepper strips
2 cups bouillon
3 T. soy sauce
2 T. sherry (opt)
1 1/2 cups Minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil. Add ginger, pepper strips, bouillon, soy sauce and sherry. Bring to a boil. Sitr in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
