17 to 20 lbs. Potatoes

flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes with a little salt in a large kettle of water. Mash potatoes. To every 7 cups of mashed potatoes, add 1/2 stick of butter and 1/2 stick of margarine; then rice the potatoes. Then, to each 3 cups of potatoes, mix in 1 cup of flour and 1 tsp. of salt. Chill. Roll into log and divide into 8 balls. Roll each ball out on a board about 1/8 - inch thickness. Cook on griddle 9grill or large skillet) set at 450 F for approximately 1 minute to each side. Cool and store in tightly sealed container in refrigerator.
