2 (10oz) chopped spinach
1 box Stove Top Pork Dressing
1 cup grated Parmesan Reggiano
1/2 cup butter
4 eggs lightly beaten
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Thyme (to taste)
Red pepper (to taste)

Directions:

Preheat oven 350
Mix all ingredients in large bowl
Shape into 1 inch balls on greased cookie sheet
Bake approximately 20-30 min (or until golden brown)
