1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 eggs
1 Tbs butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450F. In a large mixer bowl combine flour, milk, salt and thyme. Beat at medium speed scraping bowl often, until smooth (1 1/2 to 2 min.). Add eggs and melted butter; beat until well mixed (1 to 1 1/2 min.). Pour into 6-8 greased cups of popover pan or 6-8 (6oz) custard cups to 3/4 full. Bake for 20 minutes; reduce heat to 350F and continue baking for 7-10 minutes to dry out. Serve hot with butter.
