1 pkg 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove (pressed) 1 can 14 oz. artichoke hearts (drained & chopped)
8 oz. crabmeat (1 cups) cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions 1 lemon
1/3 tsp ground black pepper 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise and mix well. Press garlic and add to cream cheese/mayonnaise mixture. Drain artichokes and crab meat and chop well. Zest lemon to measure 1 tsp zest. Add artichokes, crabmeat, parmesan cheese, green onions, lemon zest and black pepper to cream cheese/mayonnaise mixture and blend all ingredients well. Spoon mixture into casserole dish sprayed with non-stick spray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Sprinkle with red bell peppers and green onions and serve with pita chips (recipe follows).
