2 cups sugar 1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp butter 1 tsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and evaporated milk. Cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage (234-240 degrees). Remove from heat. Combine cornstarch with 1 tbsp water. Stir into sugar/milk mixture, stir for 2 minutes. Add butter and peanut butter and stir until smooth. Add vanilla and blend into mixture. Pour into pan (8 x 8, sprayed with non-stick spray) and refrigerate until set.
