1 cup oil 3 cups sugar 1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs 3 cups flour 1 tsp nutmeg
2/3 cup water 2 tsp baking soda 1 bag choc chips
2 cups pumpkin 1 tsp salt chopped nuts (optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, eggs, water and pumpking. Blend with mixer. In separate bowl, combine sugar, flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; add to pumpkin mixture and blend well. Stir in chips and nuts. Spray pan/mold with non-stick spray and bake at 350 for one hour or until center is cooked. Consider sprinkling raw sugar on top before baking for a crusty top.
