3 cups sweet potatoes cup sugar
cup butter 2 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup milk


Topping: 1/3 cup softened butter (*) 1 cup lt brown sugar
cup flour 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients listed above and spread in casserole dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.

Do not melt butter in microwave. Allow butter to soften at room temperature. Blend
all ingredients and spread over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
