1 sm onion (chopped) 1 bell pepper (chopped)
1 beef bouillon cube 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can French Onion soup 1 7 oz. can steam sauce with mushroom
1 ½ cups rice 2-3 lbs. shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Dissolve bouillon cube in one cup water. Spray casserole dish (9 X 11) with non-stick spray and combine sautéed onions and bell peppers, bouillon & water and remaining ingredient. Mix until all ingredients are blended. Cover with foil and bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until rice is cooked.
