Cake:
2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa, heaping
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
2 2/3 tbsp. margarine
3 tbsp. cocoa
4 tbsp. water
2/3 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar (at least 1/2 lb.)

Cake:
Melt two sticks of margarine in a pan on the stove; add water and cocoa. Bring to a boil and add remaining cake ingredients. Mix and pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet with rim (at least 10x13-inch jelly-roll pan). Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.

Icing:
Melt margarine, cocoa, and water in a pan. Bring to a boil. Add vanilla. Then add sugar until consistency starts to appear smooth and icing firms. Spread on cake as soon as it is removed from the oven.
