cup sugar tsp ground cloves
tsp ground nutmeg 1 tsp cinnamon
4 cups nuts (pecans, cashews, walnuts) 1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, beat egg white with one tbsp water until brothy. Pour over nuts and stir until well coated. Add spices and stir to coat nuts well. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Pour nuts onto cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 20 minutes. Stir and bake another 15 minutes.
