5 avocados (ripe but not too soft)
2-3 Roma tomatoes diced
small - medium sweet onion diced
1/4 c. cilantro chopped
2-3 limes
salt to taste
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop avocados out of skins and mash with a fork in a bowl. Add diced tomatoes, onion, and cilantro. Stir. Squeeze lime over mixture and stir. Check taste after 2 limes have been squeezed. Add salt to taste. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
