4 cups partially cooked fresh cauliflower (or 2 10 oz pkgs frozen thawed and drained)
1 1/4 cups chopped fully cooked smoked ham
1 can (11 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup milk
2/3 cup Bisquick
2 Tbs butter or margarine
2 Tbs shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
paprika, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange cauliflower in an ungreased 11' x 7" x 2" baking dish. Sprinkle ham over cauliflower.
Beat soup and milk until smooth and pour over ham. Mix the remaining ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over soup mixture. Sprinkle with paprika, is desired. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes until topping is golden brown. Makes 8 servings.
