3 cups flour 1/2 t. baking powder 1/2 t. baking soda 1 cup butter 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 t. lemon
Mix flour, baking powder & baking soda in a bowl. Cut in butter with mixer till it resembles a corn meal mixture. In a small bowl beat eggs, sugar & lemon extract. Add sugar mixture to flour mixture. Mix. Chill at least one hour. Roll out 1/2" thick. Cut with cookie cutters. Bake @ 375º for 6-8 min.
