1/2 cup butter
3 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 can evaporated milk (13 oz)
32 large marshmellows
12 oz. light choc. coating
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate
12 oz. dark chocolate coating
1 T. vanilla
1/2 cup to 2 cups chopped nuts (I use walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar & milk in a pan and cook over stove until sugar is dissolved stirring constantly. Stir till it comes to a boil. Cover & let boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat & add marshmellows. Add chocolate one kind at a time stirring each time till melted. Add vanilla & nuts. Line 11x15 pan with wax paper or foil or lightly grease pan. Spread the fudge into the pan and chill in refrig.
