2 large cucumbers
2 large tomatoes or 8 Roma tomatoes
8 oz feta cheese (according to taste)
small bunch of green onions
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1 Tablespoon chopped, fresh basil
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel cucumbers and chop into small chunks. Chop tomatoes into small chunks. Chop feta cheese into small chunks. Slice green onions. Mix cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and green onions in a large bowl. Pour vinegar over ingredients. Sprinkle with basil and garlic salt. Stir all ingredients. Let set for 1 hour in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
