1 pkg (5 oz) Japanese curly noodles or other thin pasta, cooked
2 1/2 Tbs peanut or canola oil
1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
1 Tbs minced fresh ginger
1 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the noodles. In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat oil; add scallions, ginger,soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the noodles and toss until heated through.
