4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 Tbs cooking oil
1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
3/4 tsp Oriental chili puree/garlic (or 1 large clove garlic, mashed with 3/4 tsp hot sauce), divided
1/4 cup orange marmalade
3 Tbs vinegar
1 Tbs minced fresh ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Rub chicken with oil, soy sauce and 1/2 tsp chili puree. Grill or broil 6-8 inches from heat for about 10 minutes per side until cooked through. In a small saucepan, combine marmalade, vinegar, ginger and remaining chili puree. Simmer or edge of grill or over low heat, stirring until melted. When the chicken is done on one side turn and baste with marmalade mixture. When other side is done, baste with remaining marmalade and serve.
