Line 24 muffin cups with paper liners. Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom. Blend cream cheese until smooth. Add all remaining ingredients, mix well. Fill muffin cup 2/3 full. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool. Remove liners and top with whip cream.
