5 lbs potatoes, pealed, cubed and cooked
1/4 c. oil
2 T. vinegar
1 med onion chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery

2 c. miracle whip
2 T. mustard
1 t. salt
dash of pepper
dash of celery seed
8 boiled eggs- 5 chopped and 3 sliced for top
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
cook potatoes, drain; add celery, onion, oil, vinegar. Mix carefully so potatoes don't crumble. Set aside to cool. Mix miracle whip, mustard, salt, pepper. celery seed. Add to cool potatoes. Mix. Then add cut up eggs. Garnish with sliced eggs and paprika
