2 lb. bag of frozen hash brown potatoes (Thawed) 16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 1 8oz carton sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper
2 cups crushed corn flakes 1 cup melted butter
Mix all ingredient's except corn flakes and butter Bake in 9x13 greased pan in 350 oven. Cover for 45 min. uncover then mix corn flakes and melted butter. Top potatoes with corn flakes cook uncovered for another 30 min.
