1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 c. thawed cool whip (fat free if your doing Weight Watchers)
1 pkg. round angel food cake
10 fresh strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple and pudding in a bowl, gently fold in whipped cream. Cut cake horizontally in 3 layers. On serving plate layer with bottom part of the cake and top with 1/3 c. pudding mixture, then layer with second half of the cake and 1 c. pudding mixture, top with remaining cake layer and top with rest of mix. Top with strawberries.
