"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
This recipe for Jello Cake, by Kerry Wayne, is from Endicott Family Recipes,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
1 white cake mix 1 big box strawberry jello 1 tub of cool whip
Make cake as directed, let cool. Then I use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake. Make your jello as directed; pour it all over the cake to make sure it gets into the holes. Then spread your cool whip all over the cake. Keep refrigerated.
