Mandarin Orange Cake Recipe

1 butter-recipe yellow cake mix
1/3 C vegetable oil
3 T water
3 eggs
1 small can mandarin orange slices with juice

12 oz. whipped topping
1 large box vanilla instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple in juice

Preheat oven to 350
Mix together cake mix, oil, water, eggs and oranges with juice. Place batter into three greased and floured round pans.
Bake 23-25 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.
Mix filling ingredients together by hand and spread between layers and on top and sides of cake.
Keep refrigerated.
