Sugar 3 C
Salt pinch
Unsweetened cocoa 7 T
Eggs 4 Large
Vanilla 1 T
Evaporated Milk 1 can (12 oz)
Stick Butter 1
Pecan Halves 1 C
Unbaked pie shells Deep dish 2

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt and cocoa together. Whisk together eggs, vanilla and milk. Stir in dry ingredients. Add melted butter and stir until well blended. Sprinkle pecan halves in the pie shell, about 1/2 c in each.
Pour filling over the pecans. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
