1 lb. sea scallops, cut in half
1 oz. sherry, optional
6 tbsp. butter, melted and divided
1/2 c. dry breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange scallops in shallow buttered casserole. Sprinkle with sherry. Pour half of the butter over the scallops. Cover with breadcrumbs. Pour rest of butter over breadcrumbs. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Serves 4 (small eaters).
