2 package grape tomato
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 Bermuda onion
1/4 t. garlic
juice of 1/2 lime
1/4 c. black olives (no pits)

Directions:
Directions:
cut tomatoes in half and chop cilantro. chop onion well and also black olives. put all ingredients in bowl. squeeze juice of lime over and toss. add olive oil and salt and pepper with crushed garlic to taste....Let sit in 'frig for a few hours before serving with chips.
