2 c. applesauce
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins
Can add cherries, dates and candied fruit

Mix well and bake 1 hour in 350 oven. Will be best in 3 or 4 days.
