3 - 4 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped into small pieces
1 - 4 serving size box of instant butterscotch pudding
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 - 8oz. container of Cool Whip topping
1/3 c. walnuts, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop apples, set aside
Walnuts may be toasted in a dry skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until they are golden brown; set aside.

In a large bowl, pour in the instant pudding powder.
Pour in entire can of crushed pineapple. Mix well.
Fold Cool Whip into the pudding/pineapple mixture and blend until apples are well coated.

Chill until ready to serve.
