One pound ground beef
One yellow onion
Corn tortillas
One can of ranch style beans
One can of stewed tomatoes
Corn oil
Sour Cream
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Chili Powder
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and add to meat and brown. Season meat with chili powder/garlic/salt and pepper. Drain meat. One by one fry corn tortillas in medium corn oil for a few seconds a piece until soft. Drain excess oil with paper towel. Warm up beans in small saucepan. Add stewed tomatoes to the beans and heat until hot. Put meat inside of tortilla, like a taco, and top with beans, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and chopped tomatoes.
