4 TB. margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c. diced green pepper
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar
1-1/2 c. boiling water and 2 tsp. or cubes of chicken bouillon
2 tsp. curry powder
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 c. cooked rice
2 TB. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and green pepper in margarine until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except chicken and rice, and simmer 20-30 minutes. Add meat; heat through and serve over rice.
