1 lb. (about 3-1/2 c.) flaked or cubed imitation crabmeat
3 TB. lemon juice
1/3 -1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. mayo
1/3-1/2 c. diced green pepper
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions:

Sprinkle crabmeat with lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients and chill.
