3 c. flour 2 sticks margerine 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. ginger 2 eggs 1 tsp. nutmeg 15 oz. can pumpkin 1/2 tsp. allspice 1 c. raisins 2 tsp. baking powder
Combine and set aside flour, spices and baking powder. Cream together margarine and brown sugar. Thoroughly beat in eggs, then pumpkin. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Add raisins. Bake in greased, 9X13 in. pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Frost or serve with cool whip.
