1 German Chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. Caramel (ice cream topping)
3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
6 chocolate covered toffee bars or Heath bars
Cool Whip

Make the cake as per directions and cool

Directions:
Directions:
Use a large fork to poke a lot of holes in the cake top.

Spread the caramel topping over the cake

Spread condensed milk over top and let set for a few minutes allowing it to drain into the holes.

Take 3 bars, crush and sprinkle on top of milk layer.

Use Cool Whip to spread as frosting and then crush the other 3 bars and sprinkle over top of cake.
