2 1/2 C. powdered sugar
1 - 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. mint flavoring and paste colors of your choice
granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and knead like pie dough. Roll into balls the size of small marbles. Roll in granulated sugar and press into molds. Unmold onto wax paper, let dry. Makes about 23 roses and 23 leaves. If freezing mints, let dry, freeze individually and then move to an airtight freezer container. Place wax paper in between the layers of mints.
