3 T mustard
12 slices bread
6 slices fully cooked ham
12 slices cheddar or Swiss cheese
1 tomato sliced
3 T butter or margarine
4 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spread mustard on one side of 6 slices of bread. Layer ham,cheese and tomato over the mustard. Top with remaining bread. Butter the outside of the sandwiches. Cut in half. Arrange in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Beat egg, milk and pepper and pour over sandwiches. Cover and refrigerate over night. Remove from refrigerator 30 minuets before baking. Bake uncovered in a 375 oven for 30 minutes.
