3 Tbs corn starch
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized glass bowl, combine corn starch, sugar and salt. With a whisk, gradually stir milk into cornstarch mixture. Cook uncovered in microwave on high power until thick an bubbly, about 6-7 minutes, stirring after each 2 minute interval. Stir in vanilla. Pour into dessert dishes. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Makes 4 servings. For chocolate pudding, use 1 1/2 oz of grated semi-sweet baking chocolate and add to milk and cornstarch mixture before microwaving.
