Heat beef broth and meat gently and add:
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1 large potato, diced
1/2 cup diced zucchini
12 cup shredded cabbage
1/3 cup string beans

Directions:
Directions:
cook about 30 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste, if necessary before serving. Variations of the above substitute macaroni for potatoes and any vegetables which you may prefer for the ones shown above.
