Ingredients:
5 whole eggs
1 lb. cottage cheese (could mix with a little Feta cheese)
1/2 lb. fillo dough
1/4 lb. sour cream
3 1/2 oz. oil
3 1/2 oz. mineral water (Pelegrino)
Salt to taste
1 T. baking powder

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 380-400 degrees.

Mix the eggs, baking powder, salt, mineral water, sour cream, oil and cheese.

Grease a baking pan with oil. Put two sheets of fillo dough on the bottom. Cover with egg/cheese mixture. Cover with one fillo dough sheet. Cover with the mixture. Keep doing until all fillo dough sheets are used. The last layer should be the mixture.

Put into the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes. Adjust the temperature as needed.

Serve warm or cold.

Personal Notes:
We sometimes crumble the fillo dough into the mixture (except the two bottom ones) when in a hurry. This pie is also good when warmed up in the microwave.
