1 large head of lettuce shredded
1 large head cauliflower, break into pieces
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise (Hellmanns)
1/4 cup sugar
1 small onion chopped
1 lb bacon cut into small pieces, fried and drained
1/2 cup grated longhorn cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Use a 9 x 12 pan and put into layers, starting with all the lettuce, next all of cauliflower. Mix mayonnaise and sugar spread over cauliflower. Sprinkle onions, bacon and cheese over the top. Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight. DO NOT STIR UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
