1 lb chicken cubed 1 med onion 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, saute in 1 T veg oil until chicken is tender. Add in large pot or slow cooker 2 Cans White beans 1 can Chicken Broth 14oz 1 can green chiles 1 tsp salt 1 ts ground cumin 1 tsp oregano 1/2 ts pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.
Can be put in slow cooker or heated on stove, before serving add l cup sour cream and 1/2 cup whipping cream. is very good served with cornbread
