1 onion 11/2 C Corn Kernels, fresh or frozen 4 Eggs Beaten 1/2 tsp salt 6 Taco size corn tortillas 1 or 2 (7 oz) cans Green Chiles 2 cup shredded cheese 1 cup milk 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Briefly fry tortillas to soften, arrange tortillas in a 9-10 in pie plate, cover bottom overlapping the edges abjout 1 1/2 inches. Heat 2 T oil Saute onion stir in chiles and corn, saute about 1 min. put in to pieplate, sprinkle cheese over the top. beat eggs, milk salt and pepper, pour over filling bake 45 min. at 350 or until set in the center
