2 quarts green tomatoes
2 quarts onions
1 or 2 quart(s) lima beans
1 quart corn
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
2 quarts cauliflower
1 quart green string beans
2 cups yellow wax beans
6 cups granulated sugar
9 cups apple cider vinegar
9 tbsp tumeric
9 tbsp yellow mustard seed
3 tbsp celery seed
3 tbsp ground yellow mustard (Coleman's)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all vegetables separately in salted water until almost tender and drain. Mix the vinegar and sugar together and heat to dissolve the sugar. Add tumeric, mustard seed, celery seed, and ground mustard. Add enough water (if needed to cover) and boil 5 minutes. Put in jars and seal while hot.

NOTE: Pretty sure this is right. Tastes like Mom Mom's and it is delicious. When canning, be sure you add enough liquid to each jar to cover the vegetables.
