Streusel Top Muffins Recipe

1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 TB. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 TB. melted butter
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. melted butter

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl, add milk and 1/3 cup melted butter. Mix well. Add to dry ingredients just until moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Spoon into muffin cups, 2/3 full. Sprinkle with streusel. Bake @ 400 for 20 minutes.
