1 can corned beef
3 or 4 potatoes, peel and diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, onions, and tomatoes in water or beef broth until done. Add beef and simmer a while. You may add corn for a varied flavor.
