2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
2 T. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 T. crisco oil

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour into oil over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add milk. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add chicken, onion, salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator until cold. Remove and shape into small balls.
Combine 2 eggs with 1 T. water. Beat well, Dip balls in egg mixture and coat with fresh bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil until brown.
