1/4 stick butter 1 small onion 1 c. hot water 1 beef bouillon cube 1 can beef consommé 1 c. regular uncooked rice salt and pepper to taste
Cook onion in margarine. dissolve beef cube in hot water. Mix together all other ingredients. Bake in covered dish at 350 degrees for about 1 hours. Best to cover with aluminum foil. Goes will with ham or any other meat.
