1/2 medium cabbage, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg
1 small onion, chopped
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
2/3 c. margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place cabbage and onions in baking dish. Pour 1/2 melted margarine over mixture. Combine soup, mayonnaise and egg. Pour over cabbage. Combine cracker crumbs, cheese and 1/4 cup margarine for topping. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Cabbage is very crisp. Bake longer for softer cabbage.
