1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Second Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
Third Layer:
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Cool Whip and nuts

Mix crust ingredients and pat into ungreased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Whip second layer ingredients until smooth and spread over cooled crust. Mix together ingredients for third layer and spread over second layer.
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
