1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion (or 1 tbsp. dehydrated)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 small can tomato paste
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. spaghetti cooked and drained (break into 3 pieces)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
1 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground chuck and onion. Add the soups, water, tomato sauce, paste and garlic. Simmer mixture over low heat until bubbly. Add drained spaghetti and the sharp cheddar cheese. Place in greased 3 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with the 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
